Warranty Policy

WARRANTY POLICY 

Please be advised that our warranty policy only covers malfunctions/defects from the manufacturer, not from physical damage, etc. Also, all warranty claims are subject to review/approval before a replacement can be issued.

Warranty Period: For most products, the warranty period lasts for a duration of 12-months, 

starting from the date of delivery to the customer.

  • Purchase Site  (ex: Teslong, Amazon, eBay & 3rd-party sellers, etc.)
  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase (including Date of Purchase)
  • Model of Product (include Camera info, if necessary)
  • First & Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Photo/Video of Purported Issue/Damage

Shipping Duration: [ Domestic (US) shipments ] 3-5 business days

[ International shipments ] Up to 30 business days, due to longer

transit times & processing through international shipping customs.

Disclaimer: Warranty replacements are subject to 24hrs processing time, as are all

shipments. Any & all orders placed after 12pm will NOT ship until the next business day.
