A WiFi endoscope allows you to connect the endoscope to your smart device over a WiFi connection. Some endoscopes come with an included screen, but WiFi endoscopes connect wirelessly, making them more portable. In addition, these devices are easy to set up and use, even for those at home without training.

Furthermore, most WiFi endoscopes will connect to both Android and Apple products for more options. The ability to connect to devices via WiFi allows for easier recording and access to information at your fingertips.

WiFi endoscope cameras are great for looking inside difficult-to-access areas including auto engines, gun barrels, aircraft wings, computer enclosures, machined parts, or anywhere that you can’t easily see with your naked eyes.

To use a WiFi endoscope camera, the first thing you need to do is charge the device and turn it on. Next, connect to WiFi via your smart device by going to WiFi in settings. Next, find the right device and click connect. Now you can open the app or download the app to use the device.

From here, use the app to view the camera’s live feed. Now you can use the app with the camera and perform a visual inspection. In-app, you will be able to zoom in and save photos and videos.

For most of Teslong’s WiFi endoscopes, we recommend using our app called Smart Endoscope. Once downloaded from the app store, you open it, select the device you want to use with it and then connect the signals to see the live-view of the endoscope on the screen of the device.

WiFi endoscopes come with different features to suit different needs meaning no one is the best, but there may be a best option for you. First, you will need to decide if you want an automotive endoscope, gun endoscope, or an ear endoscope. Second, pick a device that works with the smart device of your choice.

Generally, endoscopes don’t connect to laptops over WiFi. Usually, we recommend connecting to laptops over USB. Several of Teslong’s WiFi borescopes and endoscopes provide the option of not using the WiFi transmitter and instead just using a USB connection with the device so you will have the option to connect to a laptop if that’s what you want to do - but it depends on which model you buy.
